Designated Account Management with Standardized Business Reviews
Once you have launched on the Verity 340B platform, you are handed off to your designated Account Manager. Every Account Manager completes a rigorous 8-week 340B account management program and participates in weekly continuing education sessions to have the sharpest focus as a second set of eyes for you, ensuring you are meeting your 340B program goals. Biweekly standardized Business Reviews include a review of key metrics along with actionable insights for each client. We provide these reviews in a standardized format and publish them for your use and transparency.
We also have Account Management teams consisting of 4 trained Verity members. Each unit includes a primary Account Manager assigned to a specific covered entity, who acts as the “quarterback” for that client. This arrangement provides a single point of contact for our clients with definite backup to expand the team’s knowledge base and coverage during any time when the primary Account Manager may be unavailable. Further, your success is our priority, so we make sure someone from our Support team is available at all hours.
After your first six months with Verity, each client has the option to set their business review schedule according to their needs, whether that is bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Our team is always available for any questions you may have, and with our robust online resources and user forums, you can be sure to get the answers you need, in the manner you choose, at your convenience.
