Manager, Customer Experience
As Verity’s Manager, Customer Experience, Kelly is responsible for the success, happiness, and growth of the Verity Client base. Kelly has over 15+ years in Healthcare and over 20+ years in Client Relationship Management. Kelly is focused on creating processes and sources that make the client’s interaction with Verity Operations quick, easy and satisfying. Kelly enjoys developing relationships with our client base and being the voice of the client in sharing the client’s wants and needs with the Product and Development Teams. Prior to her time at Verity, Kelly worked with several Electronic Health Record companies including Cerner, McKesson, and AllScripts.
